Confirm the quote, carrier option, pickup access and expected schedule before booking.
Prepare & hand over
Document the car’s condition and confirm the handover details with Hirosh Roadways staff.
Receive & inspect
Coordinate delivery, inspect the car against the handover record and note any concerns.
Before you confirm
- Provide pickup and delivery cities, PIN codes and access notes.
- State the car make, model, running condition and preferred date.
- Review the total quote, inclusions, optional cover and payment terms.
- Confirm cancellation terms, the expected schedule and your contact for updates.
At pickup and delivery
- Remove personal items and valuables.
- Photograph all sides of the car and record existing marks.
- Record the odometer, fuel level and keys handed over.
- Agree which documents are needed; do not send sensitive documents through the enquiry form.
- Inspect the vehicle at delivery and record concerns before completing the handover.
Timing is specific to your route.
