HIROSH ROADWAYS
A few checks before payment and handover can help you spot impersonation, misleading quotes and unexpected demands.
Copied logos, lookalike websites and unofficial phone numbers can impersonate a transport business. Check the domain and use the contact details published on the business’s own website.
Ask about pickup, delivery, carrier movement and optional services. A very low headline figure can hide extra charges. Keep the full quote and agreed payment terms in writing.
If someone changes the payee, asks for a personal transfer or demands extra money to release your car, contact the company using a previously verified number before paying.
